
Under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Ayman M. Al-Sayari, Governor of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the Fund for Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Persons (FFM) and the Saudi National Bank (SNB) signed a cooperation agreement on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. This agreement aims to provide residential units and support various educational programs funded by SNB for the beneficiaries of the Fund.
H.E. the Governor stated, “given the care and attention provided by the government to the martyrs and wounded of duty; we at SAMA, as part of our social responsibility, have recognized the importance of this partnership, as it represents constructive cooperation between the private sector and FFM, thereby strengthening social solidarity and positively affecting beneficiaries' families under the care of our prudent leadership."
The signing ceremony was held at SAMA's headquarters in Riyadh and attended by senior officials from both parties, including Mr. Saeed Al-Ghamdi, Chairman of SNB; Mr. Talal Al Muammar, Secretary General of the FFM; and Mr. Tareq Al-Sadhan, CEO of SNB.
Under this agreement, SNB will support the FFM Fund by allocating 100 residential units through its housing program, in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. Additionally, SNB will implement an English language education and training program for 500 beneficiaries, as well as an economic and financial awareness program for 800 beneficiaries of the Fund.
During this occasion, Mr. Saeed Al-Ghamdi expressed his pride in the agreement and the services it offers to its beneficiaries. He stated, “This agreement is an important step in support of our heroes, who made remarkable sacrifices in defense of our religious principles and our beloved country." He added, “This agreement reflects the SNB's commitment to its pivotal role in supporting social programs and demonstrates our loyalty to those national heroes." Mr. Al-Ghamdi also thanked the Fund for its exceptional services to beneficiaries and looked forward to more fruitful cooperation in the future.
On his part, Mr. Talal Al Muammar expressed his sincere thanks to SNB, stating: “This agreement comes under a suite of agreements that aim to provide care for beneficiaries and achieve their aspirations. In addition to providing quality services and sustainable programs for beneficiaries, this agreement showcases the care of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, towards this honorable group." Mr. Al-Muammar also extended his thanks to H.E. the Governor of SAMA for sponsoring this agreement and SNB for their support of our national heroes.
