Second stage: Completing requirements

After creating your account, you will receive an email inviting you to comple​te additional registration requirements. Once you complete the requirements, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that you have been registered as a supplier.

اتفاقية الالتزام بسرية المعلومات

Non-Disclosure Agreement

We, the undersigned, hereby undertakes and agrees that anything relating to the Saudi Central Bank’s (hereinafter referred to as "SAMA") requests for proposals (hereinafter referred to as "Requests") such as documents, information, data, drawings, programs, specifications, patterns, devices, plans, processes, analyses, studies or compilation of information and any other document or communication whether conveyed to us in writing, orally, electronically, video, recording or other media, which SAMA owns or has in its lawful possession, and it may wish to disclose, provide to us or which we may otherwise obtain or demand by any means, including other information which are SAMA’s private, proprietary and not generally known or available to the public (hereinafter referred to as "INFORMATION"), such Information shall be subject to the following conditions and obligations:
نتعهد ونوافق نحن الموافقين أدناه على أن كل ما يتعلق بطلبات تقديم العروض الواردة لنا من قبل البنك المركزي السعودي (يشار الى ذلك فيما بعد بـــ"الطلبات" ) من وثائق أو مستندات أو معلومات أو بيانات أو أدلة استخدام أو رسومات أو برامج أو تصميمات أو مخططات أو مواصفات أو نماذج أو أدوات أو إجراءات أو تحليلات أو دراسات أو بحوث أو وسائط ممغنطة أو أي مراسلات أخرى سواء أحصلنا عليها كتابياً أم شفهياً أم إلكترونياً أم من خلال التسجيل المرئي أو الصوتي أم أي وسيلة اتصال أخرى مما هو ملك للبنك المركزي السعودي (يشار إليه لاحقاً بـ "البنك") ويرغب في الإفصاح عنه أو تقديمه إلينا، أو تلك المعلومات التي قد نحصل عليها أو نطلبها بأي وسيلة كانت، بما في ذلك أي معلومات أخرى تعد ملكاً للبنك ولكنها غير معروفة أو متاحة للعامة (يشار إلى كل ذلك فيما بعد بـــــ "المعلومات")، كل هذه المعلومات ستخضع للأحكام والشروط والتعهدات الآتية:
1. We will not at any time apply or use such Information relating to requests for any purposes whatsoever except solely for the purposes of submitting technical and financial proposals for such requests. We further recognize and affirm the SAMA's sole and exclusive rights to and ownership of the Information and its right to require return of the Information at any time upon its request, irrespective of whether the Information has been disclosed.
1. نتعهد بعدم استخدام أو تطبيق هذه المعلومات ذات العلاقة بالطلبات في أي وقت لأي أغراض أخرى مهما كانت إلا لتقديم عروض فنية أو مالية فقط لتلك الطلبات. ونقر ونؤكد أن البنك وحده دون غيره له الحق في ملكية المعلومات ويحق له طلب إعادة تلك المعلومات إليها في أي وقت، حتى وإن تم الإفصاح عنها.
2. We shall keep the Information strictly secret and confidential at all times and will not without the SAMA's prior written consent disclose any such Information to any third party, including our affiliates in whole or in part, except only to those persons in our employment and/or representatives associated with us directly whom we certify that they have the need to know for the purposes of submitting technical and financial proposals for such requests, and will not make or permit to make copies, reproductions or other duplications to be made of the Information.
2. نتعهد بالمحافظة التامة على سرية المعلومات وعدم نسخها أو تصويرها، وعدم الإفصاح عنها أو أي جزء منها لأي طرف ثالث، بما في ذلك الجهات التابعة لنا، إلا بموافقة خطية سابقة من البنك، باستثناء الإفصاح عنها لموظفينا أو مسؤولينا أو ممثلينا المعنيين المشاركين معنا بشكل مباشر الذين نؤكد أنهم بحاجة للاطلاع على هذه المعلومات من أجل تقديم العروض الفنية أو المالية، إضافة إلى ذلك لن نسمح بنسخ أو إعادة إصدار هذه المعلومات.
3. We undertake that any modifications or improvements by us to information shall be the sole property of SAMA.
3. نتعهد بأن اجراء أي تعديلات أو تحسينات على هذه المعلومات من قبلنا تصبح مملوكة حصرياً للبنك.
4. We agree not to retain and to return or destroy all Information immediately either upon expiration or termination of this Undertaking or upon SAMA's written request at any time for their return.
4. نتعهد بإعادة جميع هذه المعلومات إلى البنك وعدم الاحتفاظ بها، سواء كان ذلك عند انتهاء هذا الالتزام أو عند إنهائه أو عند طلب البنك خطياً في أي وقت إعادتها.
5. The foregoing obligations shall remain in force following the expiration or termination of this Undertaking or after the returning of the Information to the SAMA.
5. تبقى هذه الأحكام والشروط أعلاه نافذة حتى بعد انتهاء هذا الالتزام أو إنهائه أو إعادة المعلومات إلى البنك.
6. This Undertaking shall be in effect from the date of approval.
6. يبدأ تنفيذ هذا الالتزام من تاريخه.
This Undertaking has been issued in a bilingual form in Arabic and English. In case of any difference in the text, the Arabic text will prevail.
تم اصدار هذه الالتزامات باللغتين العربية والانجليزية وفي حال وجود اختلاف في النص بينهما فيعتمد النص باللغة العربية.
I hereby acknowledge and accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
