Service Description

This service allows individuals and Exchange Centers to visit SAMA's branches in the following cases:

  1. Exchanging and compensating damaged notes from SAMA's branches for individuals
  2. Providing cash replacement service for money exchangers from SAMA's branches
  3. Allowing the submission of complaints against financial institutions​ subject to SAMA's supervision

  2. Select the branch
  3. Select the service
  4. Choose the date according to availability
  5. Fill in the required information
  6. Book an appointment


 

  • ​Damaged banknotes compensation claims service:


  1. National ID
  2. A copy of the IBAN
  3. The damaged banknotes and the Civil Defense report in case of fire


  • Customer complaints on financial institutions, and inquiries about financial enforcement:


  1. National ID

  2. A Power of Attorney from the applicant if the request is on behalf of another person

  3. A copy of the Commercial Register if the applicant is an institution or a company

  4. The provisions of the Power of Attorney should stipulate the review of the Saudi Central Bank

  5. Completion of the documents required
