This service allows individuals to file complaints against financial institutions supervised by SAMA including, banks, finance companies,  payment companies, and money exchange centers.​

  3. Fill out the complaint form
  4. Attach documents supporting the objection
  5. Fill in the required fields

Supporting documents​

  1. The use of this portal is subject to the terms and conditions of use and the laws applicable in Saudi Arabia. Accessing this portal shall be deemed consent from the user for the personal data to be used by persons authorized by SAMA and shared via the portal with relevant parties (financial institutions subject to SAMA's supervision and control) to process the complaint without restrictions. The user also consents to the terms and conditions of use, whether the user is registered on the portal or not   
  2. The user shall be responsible for the correctness of any attachments or information they send through this portal, and SAMA shall not be responsible for any infringement of any rights or data by any third party that may be made using this portal or any of its content
  3. The user shall use the portal for legitimate purposes and shall not take any action that exposes the portal to any defects or malfunction
  4. The user shall not upload files to this portal that contain viruses, corrupted data or software, materials, data or other information that is not their own property
  5. SAMA may, at its sole discretion, terminate or restrict the use of the portal for anyone violating the terms and conditions of use or committing any other illegal behavior. In case of termination, the user will not be able to access the portal
  6. The user shall submit only one complaint related to the same subject; multiple complaints are accepted only if the subject is different
  7. The user shall immediately accept any updates to the terms and conditions. SAMA may perform updates at its sole discretion and without the need to provide any notice.
