The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) confirmed the falsehood of the information circulating across some websites and social media platforms on the issuance of new instructions pertaining to a direct purchase product (villas - floors - apartments....) offered through banks operating in the Kingdom to finance mortgages granted to individuals.

SAMA also stressed on the importance of receiving information only from official sources and to avoid unreliable ones.

Moreover, SAMA urges the public to obtain relevant information through SAMA's official website and its verified social media accounts.
