​Mr. Abdulelah A. Aldeheem, Vice Governor for Executive Affairs at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), expressed his utmost gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the trust to appoint him as the Vice Governor for Executive Affairs at SAMA.

Mr. Abdulelah Aldeheem earned his bachelor's degree in finance from King Fahd ​​University of Petroleum and Minerals, completed a Leadership Development Program at the Michigan Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and earned several specialized certifications in investment, risk management, and governance.

Mr. Aldeheem previously served as Assistant Governor for Executive Affairs, Deputy Governor for Financial and Administrative Affairs and Manager of Investment Risk and Performance. Mr. Aldeheem has extensive institutional experience across SAMA's functions. He currently chairs and holds membership in several committees at SAMA.
